For leaders in the nonprofit and health/human services sectors, I bring more than 20 years of hands-on experience — including 15 years as Principal Investigator procuring and overseeing private, municipal, state, and federal grants and contracts. I've helped organizations build capacity through grant writing, organizational assessment, strategic planning, and staff and leadership development. Clinical Supervision

Beginning and Experienced Clinical Therapists

As an Approved Supervisor in accordance with the WAC-246-809-334, I provide clinical supervision to LASWAA, LASW, LICSW, LMFT, LMHC associates and Psychology interns.

Topics covered in clinical supervision include:

  • Relevant professional literature and research
